We do a lot of work on sprint car chassis ranging from front clips to complete chassis. Here is chassis that we did a partial front clip on. The lower frame rail was bowed, the front torsion rack was severely bent and the down tube was also bowed. We started off by building appropriate fixtures based on the proposed chassis dimensions. We then cut the frame apart removing any and all bent, cracked or damaged tubing. The Chassis was then clamped into the frame jig and the new front clip was constructed. All tube junctions will get a root pass followed by a cover pass once cooled to achieve maximum weld quality.

Our rear Trailing Arms are fully boxed, CAD designed, CNC cut and bent, fixtured and tig welded. They are constructed of 4130 chromoly steel utilizing a 0.875″ outer rod end and a 1″ inner uniball. Our arms are built to spec and can be altered to fit any car. Call or email for pricing.
